HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING

You can make a booking by clicking the Book Online button in the header menu, or by filling the contact form on the Home page. All we need is:

• Your e-mail

• Your Messenger, Viber or Skype account

• The exact time and date, when you want to have your tour.

We will contact you within the next few hours!

IS IT REALLY FOR FREE

Yes! This is an university project and the tour is for free up to date.

CAN I COMMUNICATE WITH MY GUIDE DURING THE TOUR?

Absolutely yes! You can ask your tour guide any questions about the city and Bulgaria! If you are interested in a specific building or event we can pay special attention on it and even go inside if possible! You can also do things such as bargaining for souvenirs, which we will of course ship to you!

ARE YOUR GUIDES LICENSED?

Yes, absolutrely. Our guides are licensed by the Bulgarian Ministry of tourism and are eligible to guide in Bulgaria and most EU countries.

IS IT HD?

Unfortunately HD is not possible up to date, but we are doing our best to do it possible!
We strongly advise you to update your Messenger, Skype or Viber to the latest version possible and to turn your camera off during the tour in order to achieve better picture quality!
